Information you share
Depending on how you contact me, I may receive your name, email address, telephone number, correspondence, booking information and details you choose to share when asking about a service. If you request a personal guide, I may also receive your questionnaire answers and delivery preferences. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information unless it is needed for a service you have chosen.
Why I use it
I use the information you provide to answer enquiries, organise appointments, communicate about services you request and deliver resources you ask to receive. Processing may be based on your request, a contract, a legitimate interest where appropriate, a legal obligation or consent when required. Optional marketing is separate from requesting a resource or appointment.
Service partners and external links
The website uses Cloudflare for hosting and security. Depending on the feature you use, Book Like A Boss supports booking and payment flows; Resend delivers requested emails; and Encharge and Google Sheets may support consented contact management and the Clarity guide workflow. These providers process data according to their roles and applicable agreements. The exact provider list, locations, safeguards and retention schedule must be verified before public launch. External social media and messaging links have their own privacy practices.
Cookies and preferences
You can separately allow or reject optional analytics and marketing categories. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days and can be changed using Cookie preferences in the footer. Google Tag Manager is being prepared to load Google Analytics 4 only after analytics consent, if those tools are activated. Advertising tags, if introduced, require separate marketing consent. See the Cookie Policy for details; no optional tag should load before the relevant consent.
Retention and protection
Information is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes described, including any applicable accounting, legal or contractual duties. Appropriate access controls and safeguards are used. The retention period may vary depending on the relationship and the type of information.
Your rights
Subject to applicable EU and, where relevant, UK data-protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability in applicable cases, object to certain processing and withdraw consent. Contact [email protected] to make a request. You may also contact the Luxembourg data-protection authority (CNPD), or the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) where UK rules apply.
International processing and updates
Some technology services may process information in countries outside Luxembourg. Applicable protections are required for such transfers. This notice may change as services evolve; material changes will be reflected on this page.
