My earliest memories are filled with the warmth of my family, where empathy and service were core values. Growing up in Mexico City, I was surrounded by people who lived with purpose: my parents, both teachers, had a profound gift for listening and connecting with others, and my grandmother, an intuitive healer and teacher herself, inspired me with her natural wisdom and ability to care for others deeply. These early influences taught me the power of kindness and planted the seeds of a lifelong calling, though at the time, I didn’t yet realize it.
As I moved through life, I faced profound losses: my grandmother, my parents, my brother, and even my own children. Each of these heartbreaks pulled me deeper into grief, but also closer to a deeper understanding of myself and life itself. When my mother fell ill, I turned to meditation and Reiki for solace and clarity, discovering how these practices could ground and strengthen me amid the pain. They became my refuge—a way to process my own grief and connect to something greater. Little by little, I started to recognize that I was being led to transform my pain into a path of purpose.
During those years, the healing practices I had begun to study—meditation, energy work, and self-reflection—began to feel less like personal tools and more like a calling. I saw how healing was not just about fixing what felt broken; it was about uncovering parts of myself that had been hidden, reclaiming strength I didn’t know I had, and learning to see pain not as a burden but as a teacher. In each healing session and spiritual practice, I felt a growing desire to share these tools with others, knowing from my own experience how powerful they could be.
Now, with two decades of experience, I work with individuals facing moments of profound change, loss, and self-discovery. My own story has taught me that healing is a journey, not a destination, and that each of us has the strength within to navigate even the darkest times. My practice is grounded in empathy, energy healing, and a dedication to creating a safe space for each person’s unique journey.
