Growing up in Mexico City, I was inspired by the compassion of my parents and grandmother, both dedicated teachers who valued empathy above all. But my own journey into healing was born of deep personal pain. As I faced the untimely loss of my mother, the challenges of a broken relationship, and my own struggles with belonging as I moved to Luxembourg, I felt a profound loneliness and disconnection.
In my darkest moments, I searched for meaning, longing to understand how I could transform the pain into something empowering. I began exploring Reiki, meditation, and various healing practices. These practices became my lifeline, helping me reconnect with myself, find inner peace, and ultimately rebuild a life of purpose and joy. Over the years, I became a Self-Healing Instructor, Energy Master Healer, and a guide for others facing their own life challenges.

You’ll participate in nine 90-minute private sessions, access personalized meditations, and receive tools tailored to support your daily emotional balance. Together, we’ll create a safe and compassionate space for you to explore and embrace your authentic self.
This program is deeply personalized, combining energy work, emotional guidance, and practical tools rooted in 20+ years of experience. Unlike generic programs, "The Joy of Living in Balance" is designed specifically for your unique needs and challenges. We take a holistic approach, integrating mind, body, and soul, to create sustainable inner transformation.
Many clients come to me after feeling disappointed by other approaches. My process is uniquely individualized; we go beyond surface-level solutions to identify and address the core of what’s holding you back. With this personalized support, clients find clarity, balance, and lasting emotional transformation that deeply resonates with their lives.
The program includes a 90-minute private session once a week. Outside of sessions, I encourage you to dedicate just 10–20 minutes each day for personal reflection or meditation using the tools provided. The structure is designed to integrate easily into your life, making transformation a part of your routine.
I understand that life happens, so we offer flexibility in rescheduling sessions with advance notice. If you need to miss a session, we’ll work together to find a new time that fits your schedule. Additionally, you’ll have access to a portal with session notes and recordings (if applicable) to review and reinforce your progress.
No prior experience is necessary. This program is accessible to everyone, regardless of background. I guide you through every technique step-by-step, helping you feel comfortable and confident as you learn new tools for emotional well-being.
